This week for our final Fanon Friday February, I want to talk about fanon you absolutely love in fic but would hate to see in canon for whatever reason - too cliche to really work, don't trust the writers, etc...

We enter Z Nation in media res, and we do get some flash backs, but for the most part we are fully enmeshed in the zombie apocalypse.

What do you think came before - both in general and/or for specific characters?
How does canon go from the events of Black Summer to what we see in Z Nation? How much time has passed?

I'm so sorry I haven't posted or engaged to start season 5 rewatch. I both wanted to plan something for the final season and then just had some issues. Im hoping it would be okay to resume in January but if we need the zombie cheer I'll make it work. Which would you prefer?

Also any ideas for the final season welcome.
